Been thinking about making your own kit home design? Wondering how much you would need to budget for your kit home? At BRIbuild 70% of our kit home builds are custom floor plan designs. Everyone is different and no one solution fits everyone’s requirements. The first time you contact us we will ask, ‘do you have an ideal floor plan you would like us to provide feedback on?’ We are happy if you send us your ideas as a hand drawn floor plan showing us the basic external dimensions and the internal room sizes.
If you already have a set of drawings and elevations you would like us to quote as a kit, feel free to send them through for feedback.

Delivery
We flat pack your kit home and deliver it to your site anywhere in Australia, supported by our network in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Bundaberg and Perth. For Tasmanian clients we pack a shipping container and send it across. Delivery is quoted with your kit.
