The ‘Sunrasia’ Granny Flat is our standard design. This design provides a compact but roomy floor plan. 5 meter high ceilings allow for lots of light and the feeling of space.
Standard floor plans in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom configuration. We can customise the size and the height to meet planning and council requirements.
Windows and Doors can be supplied in both double and single glazed aluminum. The structure is Truecore steel the roof is colorbond and the side is scyon clad.
All of the ‘Sunrasia’ Granny Flats are supplied with engineering documentation ready for a building permit.
If you require we can complete the building permit on your behalf.
Delivery is Free in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Yes we can supply in Tasmania.
We have 1 standard model – If the Sunrasia is not to your taste, feel free to design your own custom floor plan or check out our backyard pods, garden studios and Kit homes.

Q: Can I move or add windows.
A: Yes you can, send us a mud map of your floor plan design with window placement.
Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: Normally 2-3 weeks. It’s not the manufacturing that takes time, it is the building permit that will slow you down so you need to start the paper work asap.
Q: Do you supply Kitchen and Bathrooms A: No we don’t sorry, everyone has different taste, so we send you to either Bunnings or to IKEA for your Kitchen and Bathroom.
