Boxhouse is our version of the mini backyard Tiny townhouse. You could call Boxhouse the next generation of granny flat.

Boxhouse doesn’t require a lot of room, we designed Boxhouse for small backyards with limited space. The extra space for family or the perfect Airbnb, boxhouse is easy to install and DIY owner builder friendly.

Boxhouse requires a building permit, but not to worry as Bribuild will complete your planning and building permit on your behalf. If you don’t want to build as an owner builder we can organise a registered builder to assemble Boxhouse.
