Backyard pods can be installed on existing slab or can be assembled on our adjustable pier steel footing system.
All of our backyard pods come with 7 years warranty and comply with engineering and building code requirements.
For connection to services our backyard pods are designed for installation of electrical and plumbing by your local trades people.
Building permits are not required for our standard size backyard pods.
In Victoria our standard backyard pod is 10m2 (3500mm x 2800mm or 4400 x 2200) and doesn’t require a building permit from council. In New South Wales our standard size backyard pod is 20m2 and doesn’t require a building permit.

We provide custom size backyard pods built to your size requirements. You only need to provide us with the floor plan or layout options, we will give you a costing and provide feedback if your dimensions will require a building permit.

Concept to Completion
Tell us about your backyard building dream. As part of our service we take photos and dimensions of your existing area and generate a render to show you how your new backyard pod will fit into the existing landscape. If your located in Melbourne, we are happy to make a visit to your home and discuss your project.
You could complete the build yourself as a DIY project. Basically our pod kits are no different to an IKEA kit. Detailed set of drawings are provided that you can follow step by step.
(Our advised method – hire a handy man) You would be surprised what your handy man can do! Most handy man service providers will have no problems assembling a backyard pod. If your handy man has questions, have them give us a call 1300 866 131 we can discuss what is evolved in completing the installation. If you don’t currently have a handy man give us a call we have many that can provide assistance with your backyard pod project.
