Most of the two bedroom range is single storey, with one bathroom and an open kitchen, dining and living area. The smallest, The Meeniyan, is 60 m². The Scandi barn style cabins sit between 65 and 80 m², and The Maryanne is a 95 m² two-storey A-frame.

What is in the kit
Our kits are structure-only: steel wall frames, roof structure and a subfloor where the design needs one, with site-specific engineering, footing design and council-ready drawings. Frames are roll-formed from BlueScope TRUECORE steel and arrive labelled and sequenced for assembly. Cladding, roofing sheets, windows, doors and fit-out are not included, so you can source them locally. See the full inclusions.

What size is a 2 bedroom kit home?
The two bedroom designs in our range run from 60 m² to 95 m². Any of them can be lengthened or widened at design stage.
Can a 2 bedroom kit home be a granny flat or second dwelling?
Often, yes. Size limits and approval for a secondary dwelling depend on your state and council. We assist with council planning and tell you what applies to your block before you commit.
Can I add a third bedroom to a 2 bedroom plan?
Yes. Every plan is a starting point, and around 70% of our builds are custom designs. Adding a room is simplest at design stage, when it is engineered with the rest of the frame.
